This 1:1 Coaching Intensive is designed to help you blaze your entrepreneurial path.

This is not a business course. Plenty of people with MBAs struggle to become small business owners and entrepreneurs. The struggle is deeper than simply having an understanding business tools. Often, we are the ones who get in our own way, getting in our own heads. Limiting our own potential. This is the off-ramp to overthinking and underdoing.

This approach gets you doing—without over investing your time or money. Together we will align your business goals with your personal values to identify sustainable, fulfilling business ideas. Designing small leaps you’ll see progress quickly and decide which ideas work. Only when we know the idea is right for you do we fully invest in building your path forward.

Time Commitment

  • Session Duration: 45 minutes per session 
  • Course Duration: 12 sessions to be completed within 9 Months (session every 2-3 weeks)
  • After-Actions: Minimum 1 hour/week (Session 1-6) and 2-3 hours/week (Session 6-10)

After-Actions are self assigned according to your needs, ideas, and desired outcomes. This is the minimum time commitment to achieve progress in the program. Additional time may be required according to your specific goals.

  4. Prioritizing Ideas: Strategically Edit Options and Opt-in
  5. Prioritizing Progress over Perfection: Design Small Leaps
  6. Expanding Experimentation: Examine Results & Expand Small Leaps
  7. Envisioning the Path: Examine Results & Explore Wants, Haves, and Needs
  8. Forging the Path, Part 1: Build Your Business Development Plan (Market & Customer)
  9. Forging the Path, Part 2: Build Your Business Development Plan (Competitor & Avatar)
  10. Forging the Path, Part 3: Build Your Business Development Plan (Value & Content)
  11. Building Momentum: Examine Plan & Translate Leaps into Business Action
  12. Maintaining Momentum: Build Sustainable Accountability& Gain Buy-In
